As for you Khrawa, this'll probably not help, as you are using Galaxy.
I already did that, as suggested by another forum post, and it did solve my issue. The game will compaint at launch that the file is missing, but it will launch anyway. Thank you CD Projekt, for not even test the game installer. I wonder what other bugs are waiting for me in the game.
Hi Guys, update from me (after 2 hours of fight) the game RUNS! for me.

First of all, thanks again for all your hints and time you spend trying to help (not only me, but all the suffering.. :D)

I did the 4 steps mentioned above and it didn't work so additionally as found in another forum posts, sorry, didn't save the links :( I also did:

1. Rename (or you can maybe also delete) file : C:/....(your installed path).. /The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt /bin/ddi/gog.dll
2. Manually downloaded path 1.0.1. from h t t p: / / play . thewitcher . com/ (remove the spaces in h t t p please) as the slightly retarded GOG Galaxy doesn't do a proper install of the patch (tried twice before the download and install via galaxy), however beware this will restores the gog.dll but fortunately with correct version (at least for me)
3. Force Updated lastest C++ Redist 2013 (to be sure both x86 and x64)
4. Updated .NET Installation 4.5
5. Downloaded latest NVIDIA driver (as I have DELL I did latest update from their support side, which was 6months old but it worked) -> based on experience with DELL, its better to try their version first before pure NVIDIA. If your PC manufacturer doesn't have any newer version of drivers try it then with orig. NVIDIA as they did massive update of all drivers yesterday and also today way back to GeForce versions 6XX which could maybe help you.

I am in the main menu now.. hopefully I wont encounter any further problems.. I'll update the info if anything else occurs..

They answered my ticket now (it took "only" 28hours) telling me to reinstall the game... and to fix my antivirus/firewall trusted list.. (which both are total bullshit). The worst customer support experience since 2012..
The GOG customer service sent me another email. Seriously the worst customer service responses since 2012 + be prepared for useless idiotic advices and retarded team, who doesnt even care to read what you write them.

If I knew how to post a complain on the customer service, I would do it.. this is too much & too retarded..
Patch 1.03 completely fixes the issue for me. I can keep Galaxy.dll at it's original and the starts with no error. Now all we need is for Gameworks to be patched out :D
