I bought this game about 3 months ago and all was alright with it till today. When i launched gog it it acted like i never bought the game. The game is still playable and in my library... The real problem behind this is that i just bought blood and wine and it doesnt let me activate it because it says i didnt buy the game. Can anyone help me with this issue ? i will include screenshots so you can see better what i mean.

Verify / repair your installation in Galaxy.

Did you buy the game from GOG.com? If so, can you see it on your game shelf in your web browser (NOT Galaxy)? If you can see it there, uninstall the game, re-download it and re-install from fresh. If you cannot see it there *and* you bought it at gog.com then you need to contact support.

If you bought the game elsewhere, the code has likely been used before and cancelled, in which case you need to contact the place you bought it from.

Bought it from G2A but as i told you i played the game before and used the activation code on this account 2 months ago and i played the game for like 50 hrs or so. Its not a problem with the activation code unless it got deactivated or something.

G2A is an unauthorised reseller of keys and has been proved to sell keys obtained with stolen credit cards and such. GOG has cancelled many keys that were resold via that shady place. You can bet your life that the game you bought was obtained illegally.

Unfortunately, yes. If G2A were respectable, which they are not, they would refund your money. You can try, but good luck with that... Seriously, stay away from G2A and places like it.

Why would they? You bought the game through an unauthorised key reseller.

And how was i supposed to know that ? its not like it was written everywhere
Honestly i wont ever buy a game through Gog. Steam dont do whit like that, terminating already bought keys... Even if it came from an unauthorized seller, this key has still been paid by the user. Doing stuff like that is awful.

Yes, Steam do revoke keys when they're informed of stolen ones. This is not unique to GOG.

No, terminating your *stolen* key.

And how is the customer supposed to know its stolen ? Ive been told in the past by many people that g2a is reliable and have bought about 5-6 games on there, only 2 being gog's. For the Steam games bought there i gavent had problems in over a year buying them. I see that you are trying to defend Gog's position and i know that they are only trying to stop stolen keys selling and stuff but from a customer point of view this is awful and i feel both scammed and betrayed.
