So recently ive been experiencing freezing whenever i load into a save (after the story-telling when the screen goes black and just shows "loading" in the bottom corner) or begin a new game effectively making the game unplayable.

Things to note:
-I have played the game for 7 hours with no issues whatsoever.
-I am well within the requirements of running the game hence why i have previously been able to play.
-It seems to be an issue with an XP modifier mod i installed (after i installed it everything seemed to go wrong).
-Since the issues i have re-installed the game 4 times through various mediums (GOG Downloader, Galaxy etc...)
-I have verified the game multiple times.
-I have tried running the game without galaxy, turning galaxy off whilst running the game etc..
-I have an nVidia GPU and the drivers are up to date...

Any suggestions/recommendations are more than welcome and im happy to answer any questions, just want to get back to playing this game!

Don't use Galaxy, not in it's present buggy condition.

Uninstall the game completely via Control Panel -- you can keep your saved games. Once it's uninstalled, open Windows Explorer to <installation folder>\\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\ and make sure that everything inside is deleted (if that folder still exists). Re-install without any mods. <-- Very important while troubleshooting. Run the game, but start a new game and play into White Orchard for a short time, just to test out that the game doesn't freeze. Once you know that the game doesn't play up, load in a previous saved game.
