I have the GOG regular (non-GOTY) version 1.21 of TW3 installed with all enhancements + DLC.
I'd like to upgrade to v1.31, but the only way I've found so far seems to be having to reinstall the entire game. (I'd go with the GOTY version if so, since that seems to be available to me.)
My internet connection is unbelievably slow, so ~35 GB will take me days to download... if I'm lucky.
I'm hoping there's a much smaller official patch utility from going from 1.21 to 1.31. Maybe?
