I bought the retail copy of Witcher 3 and use the Galaxy client to play it. I was wondering if I buy Blood and Wine from Origin will it work with the retail copy?

Highly doubtful. Galaxy and Origin are mutually exclusive competitors.

Yes, I checked in EA forums, they do not. Bummer.
