hello I have started Dirty funds quest but when I read the letter there is nothing on my map (probably cuz I have already loot that treasure) but the Quest is still active :)

You nailed it. Because you have already looted the result, that quest will not complete.

Its a bug, same here, opened the chest before reading the letter, entry is still in my journal...

Yeap I hope they fix it with next patch :D :)
BTW jsut off topic... it's interesting that with Nvidia Hairworks (have AMD card) I have 30 FPS (+- 6 FPS) but without Hairworks I have 60 FPS permanentlly on HIGH settings :D
