When i try and launch the game, this pops up in the center of my screen, i have googled it and found no solutions. please help, i really want to play this game :)

That dll is part of Microsoft Visual C++ so download it (here) and install it.

I have the same problem now. Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ (new version, and even 2013, both x86 and x64) but that didn't help.
Any other solutions?
