When you are going to the herbalist's hut to plan the heist you have to go down to the basement. Problem is, the whole house is bugged (missing walls etc etc) I can go down there, but I can't use the ladder to go up again. And this is why I can't finish the quest. Does anyone have a solution for this? (know the question is kinda retarded but still)

Your installation is corrupt. Verify / repair if you are using Galaxy. If not, uninstall, reinstall.
