The last patch I tried was the one that came with Hears of Stone.
There were dozens of quests broken that could not be finished at the time.
Is it possible to finish all side-quests in W3 GOTY?

Shouldn't be a problem, not even with that version.
I broke 1 in that version, only due to finding the chest before the quest started.
From other threads it seems some mods can actually break quests.

1.30 fixed some broken quests.
