Can I do that and how? My Witcher 3 folder is currently at 30GB and I simply don't have 15gb of additional memory on my PC.
Yes, you can.
So the new patch really needs 15GB installed?

I love them to bits and just gave a glowing review - but that's just bad habits. Why not actually "patch" the already installed game files...?

This patch includes readying the game for the new DLCs, that's why it's so big.
Thanks, I just saw this mentioned elsewhere.

Not in a hurry to get into HoS (just finished the main game after 5 weeks) - maybe wait for a bit more stable 1.11?

Yes but how? Where is the update file, I don't see it in my Witcher 3 folder, how and where to delete?

It's wherever you downloaded it to. A little background information would help.

Well this is my Witcher 3 folder, now where exactly is the update?

I'd suggest you wait before changing 1.08.4 for a newer version. I'm also excited about the prospects of playing Hearts of Stone, BUT the new patch has a lot of problems. I've rolled back to 1.08.4.

People who would want to dump 1.10 can easily do that in GOG by deselecting „Keep game uptodate” and choosing a previous version to install from. Be warned though that any saves created with 1.10 will not be compatible with previous versions of the game.

Can't help you with Galaxy client -- that's why I asked for more information -- but it is installed to 'Program Files (x86)' so all data is ghosted to 'ProgramData' folder. Look in there, and in your TEMP folder.
