Heyo,
I want to craft a few greater Mutagens.. let's say blue ones. But when trying to create a blue mutagen from 3 lessers it tells me i already have a blue mutagen and won't craft it.
I do already have a few blue mutagens and also a few greater ones. But I wanna clear up the inventory a little by condensing the mutagens to their highest possible form.

It got broken by 1.05 as did several other alchemy things, for the same reason.

Yup, it's a bug alright. In 1.03 or 1.04 the mutagen crafting was OK. Now it's broken (works only once).

This really sucks... are they gonna hotfix it soon?

There is an 1.06 "hot fix" coming out soon (according to one of the developers on the CD Project Red forum), that will address this problem.

A workaround for this until they fix it is to drop your blue mutagens every time you want to craft a new one. You can pick them back up afterwards. Not sure why but it doesn't let you craft that specific mutagen if you already have it in your inventory.

Work around is, drop Red Mutagen then create another, repeat step for more. It's confirmed hotfix 1.06 will rectify said bug.
