Game runs beautifully except when i go to my inventory screen Geralts face is a pixelated mess. (images attached down below.) Anyone else having this issue?

AMD FX-Series FX-6100 (3.3GHz)
8GB DDR3 1TB HDD
Windows 8 64-Bit
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB

Yep, me too. I also posted about it. I have Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 2GB OC. maybe it's a driver issue.

I had one shadow just under his chin that looked like a checkerboard pattern. There really was no rhyme or reason for it to start happening. This was while wearing the unupgraded cat set (initially it appeared fine). Since upgrading it, and having the appearance change, the issue hasn't come back.

I have the same issue, sapphire r9 270x. Tesselation is off (performance), other than that I'm running W3 on High/Uber. Any ideas, solutions?

I updated drivers and installed the newest patched and it went away. problem solved
