As the title suggests, the game often "freezes" when I access the inventory or just read a book (especially reading books), is not a real block, the game seems to still be running normally, but the keyboard and mouse no longer respond forcing me out of the game through the task manager.

PS: I obviously TW3 on GOG for PC, and game with mouse and keyboard.

EDIT: My config is:

CPU: i5-3570k (3.4GHz),
RAM: 16 Gb DDR3 @1600 MHz
VIDEO CARD: SAPPHIRE R9 290 Tri-X 4GB GDDR5
SOUND CARD: Creative Labs Titanium HD
HEADPHONES: Sound Blaster EVO (usb)
DRIVER CATALYST (Video Card): 14.12
OS: Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit (Service Pack 1)

Are you running in windowed borderless mode?

I'm having the same issue. Game likes to freeze when using some menu's and reading books. It has also frozen once while just playing the game normally.

Medwynd: Are you running in windowed borderless mode?
No playing in full screen.
