What a weak retort.

I don't know why we have to discuss this in here..It's clearly about a fault in the voice overs, not more, not less.
Switching to english voice won't solve the problem, it's only a workaround.

To answer your question: We have about +/- 105 million native german speakers world wide. Therefore we have some serious and good voice actors here.
Plus, not everyone understands the spoken English to 100%. For my first play through I will also play the game in German because I want to enjoy the story and not look up some rarely used words now and then.

There was clearly no fix for the voice issue within the last patches. Its a bit sad, that this disturbs the quality of the game a lot. I played through the game from start on and started a NG+ before the DLCs got released. Now i found the time to play through the game towards the DLCs, finished Heart of Stone today. All in all Galaxy tells me, that i played around 170 hours - and i played them in german synchro. Now i rode towards Tussaint and ... dont like to play further.

After 170 hours i dont want to switch language, i'd like to keep the voices i know, but i dont want to have a constant helmet overlay.
So well, now I could go on and dont enjoy the game as much as i could with good sound, or delay it at this moment for a fix, that might come, or might not come in whatsoever future.

From the excitement of the best DLC i've ever played to "meh" and quit game for now.

I'd love to see an up to date official feedback about this issue, or does anyone know if there is some on another site?
