I presume this is related to the big new patch as I find no previous mention of it.

I'm at "The Battle of Kaer Morhen" and going through the dialogue, 5 times now it's crashed out. It's been at slightly different places in the dialogue each time but only about 3-5 choices in.

It's been completely stable on the more recent patches (after a somewhat rocky start) but now seems completely broken.
