I am unable to gill all of the bad guys in certain situations. A few of them just stand still like a pawn, and do not fight, and I and even computer controlled good guys are unable to kill them. They just stay in one spot and all weapons swipe through them with no damage. Unable to finish any combat scenes.

Ensure you are running the latest patch, the latest DLC package and the latest HoS expansion and that you are not running any mods.
