I played the game back at launch, and was always very annoyed by the automatic camera centering. I tried different mods to remove it, but they never worked for me.

Imagine how happy I was when an options for removing the automatic camera centering was added by the devs in patch 1.21. Except that it turns out that setting doesn't work either. No matter what I put the settings to, it makes no difference.

After a hiatus I'm now back, and have purchased the DLC and updated to patch 1.31A, and the problem still persists. Stil the camera centers behind Geralt.

I've tried two times to reinstall the game, and I've even tried to reinstall GOG as well, to see if that helped. I'm currently not using anymods after my last install, so that can't be the reason.

Does anybody have any suggestions to what I could try to fix it?

Never had a problem, personally, with centering. But I can and do, sometimes move the point of view using key 3 on my mouse. It stays until I move.
