i'm thinking about buying and downloading witcher 2 but i'd like to have german "gametext" or at least german substitles, the english voices are perfect, but i'd like to have the rest in german. Do you know any possibilities?

Just download the international version here at GoG. It comes with German, English, French voice over and Czech, German, English, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Russian and Chinese text - would that suffice? ;)
They should really put that in the offer.

But if you're gonna use English voice over, I suggest you try English subs, it is rather confusing to think in two languages at once. But you have a lot of choice here, if you want to mix and match. :)
