I've just bought the game and can't save nothing, not even the game settings as it resets everytime I close the game. I'm pretty much clueless about what to do, I can't even find a save folder in the game files. Please be so kind to help me

Saves and settings are stored in ..\Documents\Witcher 2\

You must have sufficient rights to access 'Documents'.

The folder rights might be blocked by antivirus and firewall software. Try to disable it.
