mcneil_1: Trying to decide between Divine Divinity or Beyond Divinity.

bengeddes: If you're new to both, then get Divine Divinity. Both are good but Divine is 10 times better.
Thanks :), went for Divine Divinity
I've got a boxed copy of Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity, I have Gothic 2 Gold on Steam - it came down to the two Arkania games. I have Stars of Arkania 2 somewhere in my house on CD...

So I chose Arkania 3, clearly.
Having played gothic 2 now for a bit... I think it was the wrong choice for me... Not sure what else would have been better, but it's a little to archaic for me

Make sure and download the latest community patch for it if you havnt already. The community patching for the Gothic series is only second to the Stalker series of games I've noticed.

Oh and does anybody know if we have a limited amount of time to choose? I'm checking out the Divine Divinity demo right now and still cant decide.
Extremely hard choice.

Arkania 3, although it was better in my memory. Anyways I bought ot ere becase of the drm free, and the extra games for the european costumers.
Well I decided to get R O A 1&2 as I have the Divinity games and Gothic 2 gold on CD version. If I like R O A 1&2 I will get the third one!!

Gothica 2, I've heard much praise. I've been playing The Witcher: EE though so that'll have to wait.. hopefully it compares with Morrowind.
I chose Gothic 2, it looks most promising. Thought about Divinity games but the graphic is really unpleasant.
I went with Realms of Arkania 1&2 as I've always heard good things and never got around to playing any of the series. Probably won't have time to dig into them for a few months but hey, thanks to GOG for giving me the opportunity to do so for free anyway!
Went with Gothic II. I beat the first one and loved it, but only got halfway through the second one years ago due to lack of interest; maybe I'll get into it again some day. Should be great for my non-gaming laptop.
where do I find a list of games that I can choose from? I'm pre-buying on the 16th.
I'm a crazy gothic fan. G2 is one of my favs and they never released NotR here so the Gold edition is a real bonus to me! =)

In the email confirmation there's a button "choose your bonus" or something like that.

I picked Gothic 2 Gold. I've played it before many years ago and I really loved it but I never got to play the expansion so I thought this would be the perfect time to re-play it.

Divine Divinity is a great game too, recommended!
Gothic 2 for me.
