Maybe because the way TW2 ends suggest the game was interrupted, rather than finished.
In other words, the publisher (once again) forced the dev's to finish in a hurry, leaving no time for absolute polish and compatibility (SLI and surround) with different types of PC setups? Yup, sounds about right.
Ha ha! Hilarious! I love it -- great dig, man!

soldiergeralt: why would they announce witcher 3 so soon after the release of witcher 2?

god, you people. such idiots sometimes.
BioWare announced work on DA3 three months after the release of DA2.
Furthermore they did not bother waiting till E3, they announced it straight after Witcher 2 (the competing in terms of subject and quality product) was released.
Are you saying EA/BioWare marketing is stupid? :)
Maybe you should try this comment on social.bioware.com (make sure you use a fake account if you value your true account and all the attached DLCs).

EA...not stupid exactly, but they are certainly liars. What the called DA2 was okay, but definately NOT a sequel to a great game. In the end, the only awesome button pushing was to close the sodding game.

And yes, I frequent BSN. Good people there, outnumbered only by the rampant asshole trolls.
