Hi i'm on windows 7 and i am trying to install both the polish subtitles and language pack via the launhcer and it keeps redownloading and verifying, redownloading and verifying.
Before I can try to help, did you already have them installed before (ie: you had them, then patched the game and saw them "uninstalled" in the DLC window after).
No here is what i did.
1) Installed the game
2) Downloaded and installed the 1.1 Patch
3) Downloaded the subtitles and language packs and they both then decided to go all haywire on me,
I posted a work around solution to the other related threads:

The work around doesn't work because the launcher is messed up atm and doesn't dl anything.
Someone could just upload the strings file from their patched Polish retail version.

from the official site:

The "Downloadable content" option in the Game Launcher does not work properly, please don't use it.

This option (same as Register Game) still doesn't work properly, but for every resulting problem we provide you with a workaround. The Troll DLC is now included in the patch. You can find the instructions on how to get other free DLC in the news below. Currently the only problem remaining is with the Language Packs. We will provide you with a solution for this issue as soon as possible. Registration through the Launcher will be fixed in the upcoming days, and our goal is to have it work perfectly in patch 1.2. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please stay tuned.

I wasn't aware of that. I downloaded the voice-over pack last night when it still was possible to download DLC's. If I could, I would upload the polish voice-over pack somewhere, but I don't have that kind of storage space online :/
The subtitles/texts would help too, it's just a 5mb file called pl0.w2strings
But it has to be the 1.1 patched file from the retail version, as the GOG patch doesn't work on it.
