DRQQ008: During this poorly thought out quest, geralt is possesed by random grunts,and you cannot roll out of the way, use signs, or any other kind of "witcher" thing.
And on top of that, any potions Geralt might have consumed will have worn off by the time the boss appears.

It's been a while, but IIRC you can use traps and grenades against the draug.

The only fight I found truly hard was The Operator (quest 'From a bygone era' in Chapter III) in dark mode.
