we have not seen the Italian dubbing and texts are really small and difficult to read
is there a mod or an intervention in the INi file to increase (even in menu)?
i would like some bigger font too, there are so small :(
I'm guessing you're running also on an unsupported screen resolution (with black bars on top and bottom) like I am, which adds to the font's illegibility. Hopefully the issue of resolution will be addressed in the 1.1 patch, coming this week!

Well in any case they are working on it so if not this week, it'll be out soon (TM).

I tried also:
1024 x 768
1280 x 800
fonts are too small, especially in the written menu and a video
I would not even lower the resolution ...
Yeah on low resolutions the text really is too small

I don't think it's too small to read on 1280x720 but...
I sometimes have to lean closer on 1280x1024. Then again I do need new glasses.
I use a projector and ten feet from the screen ...
but, in italian forums, I read many others who have had the same problem with normal monitors
I am playing at 1920x1080 and I find the text to be too small for the hints and such.

I am sitting about 1m away from my monitor, with my glasses on and I can't comfortably play.

The monitor is a large screen, and other games I play do not have this issue.

Would love to be able to increase the font size for it to be easier to read.
Don't know if this will work, but you could try it. Go int Display and reset the DLP to 150% and see if that helps. May not in game, but worth a try I guess.
Somebody made a bigger fonts mod by apparently changing the .otf font files it uses. No idea if it works, but I haven't heard of it not working. Google bll55.zip. Probably have to replace the font in The Witcher 2\CookedPC\globals\gui\fonts, so make a backup of it.

Running at 1600x900 and have the same issue. Have to get up close to my monitor to read a lot of the tool tips - Menus are usually fine but those pop up tutorials were tough to make out.
problem solved !!!!!!!!!!!
