shirakani: Tested, all working. DO NOT USE THE LAUNCHER. Hell, don't even bother with the Launcher anymore for anything at all. Run the witcher2.exe manually in the bin folder to run the game, easier. The launcher is a waste of time.
All this really does is put the corresponding .dlc files in the CookedPC folder. If you previously had the decrypted .dzip versions from TEH INTERNETS, then you can leave those there and they will work too.
Otherwise, just make sure the corresponding .dlc files are in the CookedPC folder and just run the game, it will all work.
astrallite: Where do you get decryped .dzips? The ones listed in this forum show up in green text in Windows Explorer which mean they are encrypted. How do you decrypt them ?
The decrypted dzips are widely available anywhere, google it. They were circulating less than a day after the game was released. The only one not available was the Finisher pack as the servers went to hell before anyone could get it.
But, they aren't needed anymore. The official downloads provided in this thread will work once you patch the game to 1.1.
LordRikerQ: Im in Chapter 2, and the only DLC that show up is the Alchemy suit, I didnt find of the other outfits in my inventory, and I havent seen this merchant yet, I wish some of this DLC had instructions, they all said to have installed successfully and I see all the dzips in my cookedpc folder
The DLC is misleading, very damn misleading. I actually feel sorry for ppl who preordered based on the DLC and expecting a full suit...
Swordsman Suit = bunch of potions and whetstones, as well as sword runes
Alchemy Suit = mage leggings
Roche Jacket = Blue striped combat jacket
Anything 'suit' really isn't a suit. Expect ONE piece of very quickly outdated gear, or a bunch of recipes/potions/etc.
The Mysterious merchant is marked with a blue dot on the minimap.
