After a day of trying to download the game and no response from the game writers..I finallyt did it and installed. Now it will not lauch. Tried all the tips, but no go. Anyone have any ideas. Havne't heard from support in almost 2 days on my first problem, so don't expect to hear anytime soon. Absolutely the WORST tech support ever in a game I have bought yet.

You're going to need to provide some more details :)

Does anything pop up when you click on it (the Witcher logo splash screen, for instance)? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Do you have the GOG version or a different downloadable one? What hardware are you trying to run the game on?

absolutely the worst whining as well.

Where is your specs? which tips did you try? what is the error message ?
From where did you download it...steam , D2D...etc.
System specs might help .
Have you tried launching the game from the Witcher 2 exe found in the game directory in the bin folder
We can't possibly hope to help you if you don't give us any details.
my question= installation path? along with the rest who want your system info and game version info, it would help to know these things

Well its a long cue..3 days and no response..regardless...I have it working. I read that someone loaded it at a low res first then once it did this it would load at 2560X1600. Thankfully it loads normally now. I did put all the details in the 3 emails ..but after all the work I managed lol
