On steam Witcher 2 comes with russian audio, why on gog without?

From witcher's official webpage:

Language packs can be downloaded from the following locations:
- English
- German
- French
- Italian
- Polish
- Spanish

To install language packs run .exe files with administrator privileges. Afterwards, choose language settings in Options in the Launcher.
