I have no idea where the Vran Guardian is, as indicated by the quest. There is nothing about the quest in the guide, and I've been up and down each nook in the city a few times. Is there a wall I have to blast out or something? Also, I'm pre-summit of mages, so I'm not sure if it's after than or not.

The person who crafts the armor? I haven't found him/her either.

The elf blacksmith sells one of the parts you need though, Vran armor kit or w/e.

No, that's Bras of Ban Ard. He's sitting around in the corner by past the bard.

I solved my own question. He/it was in the sewers.

Wait did you mean the Wisp? and then ultimately the operator?

I thought you were looking for the person who crafts the Vran armor set, which i still haven't found.

Did you kill the operator, or accept the respec?

I have question about this quest, what did i gained if i accept the guardian offer? All i get is my talents has been reset. If i want to kill him i must fight him but those gargoyles which he summoned are really strong, like certain death / we shouldn't challenge the guardian at all. Not sure whether it is worth to kill him or not.

It is VERY worthwhile if you manage to kill him (he is the most powerful boss in the game)

You will receive a dragon scale which you can use to build the best armor in the game (Dragon Scale Armor)

No wonder he is near impossible to beat.. the most powerful boss in the game. Maybe in the next playthrough i'll get him because i don't think at my level right now (lvl. 29) with my common equipments can beat him.

Btw, is there any chance to showcase the new armor if i manage to beat that boss? I mean, isn't the game is nearly ended at that point; Is there any fighting left?

I got the scale from the chest in Phillipa's room.
