Hello community, been a while. I keep having problems with downloading and installing the witcher 2 enhanced edition. There might be a good number of issues, but my Ubuntu seems setup properly and already works with i:386 architecture.
So my current issues are:

-the .sh file is only 3.4 gb
-when trying to use lgogdownloader --exclude extras, --download game only, it starts downloading only the .bin files.
-the checksum for the files doesn't match.

Can any one help me understand and help me enjoy this game? pretty please?

Hello AAAlfonz,

I just downloaded the installation file over the last couple days. I used the Firefox web browser to download (i.e., I just clicked on the game download link while logged into the website).

3.4 GB sounds way off. The game download (excluding the 'goodies') is 19.8 GB. My download kept getting cancelled, but then I would restart it from FireFox download manager. I had to restart it several times and it seemed to be a little slower than I expected.

It sounds like your download was just interrupted.

Thanks, it was and had to make a fresh install of lgogdownloader, now I'm battling with the libraries for the 32 bit architecture
Oh well.
