It's compatible. You can also use the automatic update from the game launcher to update to the latest version.
I've linked to the manual download for off-line archival purposes and for the changelog. The download linked in my previous post needs Version 3.1 installed to work.
Nice patch.

Adds a number of things the Mod community have done...

Version 3.2 Corrections/Amendments (18th June 2012)
Patch 3.2 is a UI modification for the PC version of The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition. The mod adds the following enhancements to the game. It can be used optionally (enabled by default) by players when installed. You can disable it in Configurator DLC Menu.
Minimap: Adds a north arrow.
Alchemy: Crafting slots show how many ingredients there are; better default ingredient selection (e.g., not having to filter out quest item ingredients all the time); un-rotates alchemy element symbols; saves custom ingredient selection for a formula (until you close the panel or go to another formula, but no longer resetting every time you create something).
Tooltips: Taller, and scroll faster.
Inventory/Trading/Storage: Sorting buttons (sort by time acquired, name, aggregate weight, aggegrate price.) Reversible sort also possible.
Trading: Places a checkmark next to books, formulas, and crafting diagrams that you already have in your inventory.
Crafting: Shows how many items you have instead of capping the number at how many are required. E.g., 30/3 instead of 3/3.
Other: Sorts some lists alphabetically: crafting, alchemy, elixirs.

Works well.

Ok....
This is still quite an awesome patch. All needed improvements.
The inventory patch looks almost identical to the old mod Panel Tweaks, which worked up until the EE. Not that I'm complaining, Panel Tweaks was a great mod.
Yipee! This patch solved all of my niggly "why can't they fix this?" minor complaints. I recently decided to play the EE again and the little inventory issues were getting to me this time around. Glad to see this playthrough will now be a joy from top to bottom.

There is a reason for that...........
I've read somewhere on another forum that the author of the original mod had been hired by CD Projekt. This would explain everything... :-)

Bingo
Hah! Well way to go CD Project, that would indeed explain why it looked EXACTLY like Panel Tweaks... down to the symbols used for sorting and the check marks over books owned.

Nicely played.
I hate how the Launcher always refuses the connection for me when there is an update.

From day one the Launcher has been pretty quirky. The solution is to simply launch the game from the executable and do any patches manually, downloading from the main Witcher site.

That's exactly what I did. It's not even a big effort, but still if the launcher would work properly it would have saved me those 2 minutes.
Got a surprise recently when I start my launcher, and got a download message for the new patch! wow man, how I could complain, always get better and better. haha. I have no problem with the download, everything was smoooooth. love you CDProjekt!
