Comes up with Error when opening installer and selecting a path

"The file could not be located in the installer's folder. Please make sure that the file is in the correct folder, or specify its current location"

-Please help as I have now tried everything from changing the file names 1-5 to different versions to running it in compatibility mode, as I am running windows 10, thank you for your time.
