I installed the latest two updates (3.3 amd 3.4) from the launcher, and now ever time I try to open the game, I get this:

I wanted to try the combat rebalance mod but I can't even open the game itself!
Edit: Rolled back to patch 3.1 and the text works but I don't get the goddamn ingame text with the latest two patches.
