nohexie: Is there a mod to highlight the things? It is not easy to see and pick up things.
Use your medallion! It's a great addition as a RP feature. Finally some use for the damn thing!
My Dream Mods consist of several things:

1. Make Adrenaline Bar stay charged -

after reaching the "Fully Charged" stage so it doesn't take away your chance to use Group Finishers or Heliotrope after you've killed a mob of enemies and want to save it for the next encounter

2. Make the HUD a toggle option -

It would be a fun challenge to play without the HUD

3. Make Aard do NO DAMAGE, but have lots of physical knock down

4. Hoods for Vran Armor
using mouse and keyboard, can we have the main menu the same we have with the pad?
(with map, inventory, character etc.).
can someone make it rain during the Kayran fight isn't it supposed to be raining it sure sounds like it is
I am loving the game so far. I greatly enjoyed Witcher 1, and the sequel is not a dissapointment. I have several comments.
- The QTE for outrunning the dragon with Foltest in tow in the Prologue is a little irritating. I, had to run through a few times before I could avoid becoming a pile of ash.
- I agree with another user's request for a mod to keep the medallion active at all times, or to have lootable items show on screen similar to Witcher 1.
- Looting items dropped by opponents during combat seems to be hit or miss. It's a little frustrating to have an enemy die and not be able to pick up their dropped items before they disappear, as with the Draugirs/Draug in Ch. 2 or the Arachas in Ch. 1. Perhaps a mod to keep the dropped items in place should you come back later, so as not to interfere with combat?

In Chapter 3, a certain thing bothered me regarding a choice (I don't want to spoil anything, so will keep this vague). Perhaps the incident with helping a friend being attacked by soldiers could appear before wandering off to the meeting so I can have Triss and the dropped item found after the incident to help another friend in the final battle? Though I'm guessing that if there's another sequel, perhaps having this in inventory from W2 would allow helping then, but not certain.

Kind regards,

Hello everyone , i just registered to answer this thread

I would really love to see 2 mods :

- One that gives Unlimited fights in the Arena (after Ave Henselt ) in Roche's path , would make choosing this path more appealing , i'd love such a mod

- a Mod that address the rate at which they give you talent point , i explain myself :
In TW2 , you end up playing more than half the game (prologue+chapter1) with a Very weak gimped Geralt , and when you hit level 25-30 and get to appreciate all his skills , there is only 1 hour of gameplay left ....

That is IMHO the big issue with the TW2 , one of the most important thing in a RPG aside from the story and pure rpg elements is " the feeling of being rewarded " and see your character improve and become "overpowered" or "fun to play with " , and that means we need to get the first 20 talent point faster than it is currently ( i know i can arm wrestle Big Max to death in the inn , i'm level 18 before fighting the Kayran , but that is an exploit and was not intended by the devs )

So a mod that would find a solution to allow the player to be " free" to level up early in the game in order to benefit fully from his talent skills would be very much welcome because as it stands , almost 95% of the xp is in the main plot quest and the rarity of side quest doesn't help .

Maybe a solution would be to remove the "xp cap" (when you kill too many of the same monster ) the devs put in the game , and make for instance fistfighting give xp , or at least give MUCH more xp from side quests , especially the long ones which IMHO clearly do not reward the player enough

Anyway sorry for long post and thanks for reading
Hello.
The mod I would like is actually a pretty simplistic one, but given the fact that I lack the know-how to do it myself, I'll answer here and hope someone would be kind enough to make it for me. Here it goes:

- I would like that the Hunter's Armor (you get the diagram for it from the Troll in Troll Trouble DLC, for getting his wife's head) to use the same model as Raven's Armor (still the best model in my opinion). It current uses a similar model but I really don't like the blueish patch on the chest (Raven's Armor has the same thing but it's black instead of blue, which makes it a win).

Thank you in advance.
I'd like a mod that makes those critical effect mutagens actually worthwhile by adding a 0% proc chance for everything on all weapons so that 85% of the mutagen isn't invariably wasted on effects that aren't Fire Runes.
I'm not sure if these have been done or can be done, but I really only want two small things.

Make the bird quieter---you know, THAT bird, the one screaming at the top of his little airsacs in the treetops, that you never see, but can hear anywhere in chapter 1 or 2, day or night. (little bird, if this was the real world, a cat would have found you, by now!) Seriously, he's piercing my eardrums.

The mage pants while statted beautifully, would be more at home in Dandylion's closet than Geralts. Any chance they could be solid black or brown?

Excuse me if these have already been requested. :)

Not solid black, but pretty dark: http://www.witchernexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=135.
Matching alchemy gloves: http://www.witchernexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=130.

No bird modding, sorry.

This one makes starting DLC items look like original starting items so Mage Pants are solid black. =)
Wonderful! :D TYVM
We need elven prostitutes. :)

On serious note, increasing the number of monster spawn points would be welcome. They are too few and far between imo.

I really miss two things from the first witcher.
A pointer with the traditional OST camera, and more frequent rain. If someone could do that, i'd be much appreciated.
