Since mutagen slots are rare and there are quite many qreater mutagens avaible what's the point of lesser mutagens? I have something like 50-100 of them in my inventory. Can they be used in crafting/alchemy or combined or something like that or are they something that should just be sold to merchants?

If there are so many of the lesser mutagens, there should be an option to merge them or they are just dead weight. Hopefully a mod will take care of that eventually.
