Language settings are german, both for thegame and Windows.
Why would the launcher want to install a "chinese" patch? This is kond of bugging me.

It asks to install that patch for everyone. Apparently the original Chinese translation was really bad to the point where they fixed a bunch of things about it, and they include it as a download for everyone in case anyone randomly goes, "Hey, I feel like playing the game in Chinese."

It's a really small download that doesn't affect anything for those who don't use it.

I was asked the same but just clicked no on them all but English. It's working fine without the extras.

If you don't speak the language why bother? Its not like you miss anything if you download that extra patch.
