Launcher keeps trying to connect to server but cannot connect, its been hours already but still no luck. Any suggestions?

It might be an issue their end, I'm getting the same.

At least you have a launcher...
There is none in my collector's edition, so I can't even register the game or get any of the dlc.
Should go for the digital edition next time.

The servers could be having problems again. You don't need to register the game or download anything to play if you have GOG.com's version, so you can bypass that step if you want to.
