I'm playing Iorveths path, and I'm in act3 just finished killing of 'Renuald aep Matsen' and his buddies, I loot his corpse and run down to triss in the cell, unlock the door.

When I realize that I cannot unlock her chackles.... Ok, lets try and save and reload, Still not able to do anything.. Well, lets try redoing the whole fight.. Same result, no chackles to be unlocked. Used medallion down in the cell. Triss is not indicated as a quest/usable item by the medallion either.

Aep's Corpse is 100% looted and it's still not working. Tried 5 times in a row now, any ideas or anyone else encoutered this?

Playing in Dark mode if that matters somehow..

I've run into the exact same error. I did Roche's path, playing the normal difficulty (but i don't think that part matters).

Very frustrating. Maybe go back a step or three in the save games, see if I can redo this portion of the game - wonder if I wiped everyone out too quickly or something.
