CDP_RED_Team: TW2 uses real time, not in-game time for some respawn time values.
To add to what Kindo said, save and load can take only a few seconds of real time, yet the place of power "respawns", so to speak.
Kindo: In TW1 they are limited to a number of uses
per day, which can be increased by acquiring specific talents. I don't know if this is bugged there as well, but that's the intention, at least.
So if you meditate in TW1, you can make the places of power "respawn"?
Rhonmeh: I noticed that TW2 uses an optimized save. That means only Geralt related infos are saved and any world related infos are omitted.
I'm not too sure about that. For example, I think it saves respawn info as well. I remember trying to respawn by meditating and by saving/loading, I think only the former worked.
