I'll admit, its been a while since I played last, but I would remember how the game felt to me though. Has something changed with the way the mouse feels in patch 1.3? I dont know, it just feels totally different to me. Yes, there was always the "lag" in the menus, but I always thought how awesome it was that it wasn't present in the game play. Now it just feels totally different for some reason.

I see new "Mouse" section in the user.ini file. I have to assume they did something to the mouse controls.
I thought I was imagining things, but I too feel that the mouse is more sluggish than usual; no idea why. The mouse section in the user.ini file has always been there, however. Hmm....
My mouse acceleration was changed too BUT ONLY RIGHT AFTER INSTALLING THE PATCH for some reason. I went in game to see if the patch worked and the mouse was lagging at random intervals.

Then after quitting the game and restarting it, it was as normal again. I didn't change any settings at all.

Moreover, I have to say that I had to re-download the patch because the first time it refused to install the patch and was giving me error messages. It has something to do with the anti-virus.

So I suggest that you redownload the patch just in case and then after installing it, restart windows to avoid the mouse lag.

Game works perfectly for me now.

Oh, thanks for the tip. I've actually noticed some weird keyboard lag as well, while browsing forums and what not, so you might be on to something. I'll reboot the PC when I get the chance, and we'll see if it works. :)
I've noticed the acceleration and lag as well. It's... pretty annoying, and makes combat a good deal more difficult for me. I'm not sure that it's something I can't get used to, but I'd prefer precise mouse controls over wonky, inaccurate ones. Whatever happened to raw input?
The mouse feels the same, but the combat feels dumbed down.
Everything (mouse and combat) still feels the same to me... but I may be imagining things...
