It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Maybe this might be a dumb question but I downloaded it as seperate files by using my browser. I got 6 .bin files and when I click on any of them my VLC player opens it. But I just want to install the game.

Sorry I was a bit too hasty. However it is not showing up in my GoG downloader since I did not download it with the GoG downloader.

You just have to find where your downloader saved the files and run the Setup.exe, mine were in My Documents/GOG.com Downloads/Witcher 2
Hmm, then I can't be sure. You downloaded all 7 chunks? Are they all .bin files, or is one an .exe?

They are all .bin files. There is no .exe file. :(
Have you checked if there's an additional .exe file you can download (from My Account)? This may have been held back until now.

As you only have six bin files, and there's a file 7 of 7 available 128 MB
File 6 is exe. The one that's 2mb

Thanks! I just found it. I thought I only needed 1 file. But apparantly there were two.

Installing now. =)

They seriously need to make this easier for the average joe. Lucky I;m actually quite fluent on the pc. But I can imagine this whole process to be very jarring for the average dude.

Seriously they need to make the installation process much quicker, its been like 40 min just to bloody combine and then verify and then very again and then finally install.

It's ridiculous how then pirated version is so much easier and faster - 1.download 2.install 3.play (takes 10 min max to install)

GoG - 1 download 2.combine and verify 3. verify again 4. install. 5.play (takes 30+ min to install)

CDP if you are really serious about your customers then please get with the program in regards to digital distribution. Why the hell do the pirates always get the best version?
