Also i have problems with my mouse not working then i tried reloading,my mouse then worked but my keypad did not other than for escape.

Black frame? I'm assuming you're talking about the bars on the top and bottom of your screen?

That's an aspect ratio thing, and it'll be fixed with the next patch.

Yes my screen was like that but instead it is has now got a black bar on the bottom and a black bar on the right that has cut a bit of the left side of the screen off.

Can you take a screenshot of this with fraps or something like that (print screen doesn't work with the game)?

Do you have a button for auto adjusting your monitor? Looks like the picture is not centered.

A patch will not repair a hardware problem. Please read again: he said that there are black areas both on the side and on the bottom. That has nothing to do with letterboxing.
