I randomly stumbled across this post on the steam community forums from 2015 https://steamcommunity.com/app/20900/discussions/0/622954747302152480/ and I was shocked to find out I could apparently get a digital GOG copy of The Witcher 2 with the product key on my physical box. Somebody linked to this official GOG page https://www.gog.com/witcher/backup which you put your code in which will redeem the game for your account. The problem is, this is the box of mine https://imgur.com/a/fGX1h0M and I literally can't find a code anywhere on it. It's not on the front, not on the back, not on the inside of the cardboard box, not on the sides, not in the plastic case or manual or anywhere to be seen. What do I do? This copy is installable without a code, so it doesn't need a code. Is there just nothing I can do? I need the digital version so I can play the native Linux port because while it's probably possible, I can't figure out how to get this PC copy working on my Linux PC. I know it's $5 on sale right now but I literally can't afford $5 right now.

The code was on the back of the manual, but later copies didn't have it.
