After registering the game, I was able to download the troll dlc, but when i try to download the english subtitle and voiceover files, it seems to download all the way to the end and then it says its verifying the downlaod and then it starts all over again. The voiceover files are 1GB in size and I have already downloaded 9GB worth of game, quickly approaching my limit. Can anyone tell me if they have had similar problems, and if so what did you do to reslove.

Same here. I think their network caved in.

Indeed, launcher is reporting connection problems though I at least managed to get the subtitles.

I've got the english version and for some reason, not all the characters sound as they did in the game trailers pre-launch... anyone have any idea why this is?

My launcher has managed to reconnect, didn't do anything in the way of fiddling besides restarting it periodically so I'm guessing at sheer luck here.

It's for the people who bought the polish version: by downloading this free DLCs they can play the game in English.
If you have the GOG version you must not download those as you already have them.

How do I cancel the download?

Hi all what you do is once its downloaded and verify the subs and voices you close down on the X on the top left of the launcher then you goto prog files under gog where the witcher 2 is installed on ya C drive and double click the patcher.exe then restart the game laucher from the desktop and you should be good to go ;) ..... hope that helps you all
