I finished the game twice but not sure I actually saw the endings. People talk about cutscenes and this is what happened on a recent playthrough.

I meet Letho (did Iroveth path saved Triss). I decide to fight him and kill him. I then walk out with Triss. The next thing I see are the credits rolling for the game. If I escape this I'm alone on a path looking at the city. Then back to main menu.

Is my game bugged? Where are the various cutscenes? Did I miss them because I used escape during the credits?
That's pretty much all I got as well. The "Epilogue" in my playthroughs were described verbally in my final conversation with Letho. No ending cutscenes in my game
Ditto. From what I've read on various forums, the "many different" endings you can get is just different conversation pieces with Letho, but everyone no matter what will walk out with Triss, roll credits, and then have Geralt looking back over the city before disappearing again. Hell, if you don't find Letho, the game just ends right there after you finish talking!

No that's it, the only cutscene is the one with the ladybird and then the cliff.

The ending is more about the way people are talking in act3/epilogue in response to the choices you've made. I was disappointed there was no nice outro cinematic also but ah well. The credits are kind of pretty :P

I do like the ladybird thing ... just would be nice to have a movie afterwards or a recap like the first game also, but maybe they don't want to spoil us for some upcoming DLC which they have said they're developing ( can always hope right? )

I'm guessing the events of the Witcher 3 might also happen pretty directly after the end of TW2, so some sort of "and then these events happened in the following years" might not make sense.
chap 3 is the ending :P everything you did leads up to it.

everything you do in chap 3 will lead to the expansion or witcher 3.

happy gaming you all.
Thanks all for replying. I just wanted to be sure because in another thread someone mentioned an ending cutscene. I gave a +1 rep to that replied.
