Whenever I try to load a game, there is 50% chance of me getting a black/white screen. When this happens, there is nothing I can do, spamming alt-tab, ctrl+alt+delete, ctrl+shift+esc or the windows key do nothing, I the only solution is to reboot my PC.
Even tho I can the whole screen is black/white and I can't do anything, I can hear the game music and whatever is playing in the other tabs.

Tried removing saves, playing the game in windowed, and the problem still persists.
