Hello just bought Witcher 2 and now I'm wondering where to download my 1 game that I can pick out of 5? I already got me the 16 € games, but I read that 1of5 game is extra. So I would like to pick that too? Can I do that? Did I do something wrong? Or will I get that later?

It is in the same email that have the details of your payment.

There should be a link in the receipt mail you got from GoG for The Witcher 2. Some people apparently have issues seeing that link; I use gmail and it wasn't there until I clicked the "Display images below" option at the top left.

There's a small chance that the link won't be in the email, which happened to me and some others. If that's the case, visiting http://www.gog.com/en/page/my_tw2_info usually works.

Mh I don't have that link anywhere.... I have the two Redeem button links but I don't see any other, I see the CD key of course, but nothing else O.O

I preordered (unless I did it wrong) but just bought it today :O

I am in the same boat. I "pre-ordered" but paid today. I got the 10% discount because of the pre-order. However, I got the receipt e-mail and don't see anything in it about the bonus game.

Considering the fact that there have been three posts saying the same thing in the past 5-10 minutes, I'd say it's likely a problem on gog's end. I'd contact them here: http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact and let them know.

Same here. I did get a receipt for the pre-order and after buying and downloading all I got was a CD key and a link to my account page.

http://www.gog.com/en/page/my_tw2_info but I can see only two of the three links I expected to find

yep, I'll admit that I ran into the same problem as I generally don't bother to check the confirmation email from online purchases until sometime later... I was expecting the free game to be available fromt he online purchasing page or failing that on an additional page once the transaction/purchase had been completed. Sticking the free game selection link in the email and having no web based linkage outside of email was a poor choice.

Also pre-ordered and then bought today. The only reason I bought it before the 31 was to take full advantage of getting the pre-order bonus, or so I thought.

So did I misunderstand their offer? Has anyone that bought it today been able to get the free game?

I was completely certain that preordering before and paying on the day of release would get me the bonus game, as well. I thought I saw something about it in the FAQ. I got the price the Americans pay (instead of the AU price) and the 10% preorder discount, but not the game. No links in the email or the page that support sent me to. Just the CD key.

Its not a big deal, but its kinda disappointing. I wanted Realms of Arkania 1+2. -_-

You can contact them via email. Some of them able to solve this using that method.
