Downloaded through browser since the GOG downloader didn't want to work tonight. Got all 6 preliminary preload files. Just logged in and grabbed the new 7th file.

It isn't an .exe file. It also is a bin file.

You now have six .bin files and a .exe file, all in the same folder, right?

Run the .exe file (setup_the_witcher_2.exe; it's the little 2MB file). It will read all the others.

(Note: If your Windows Explorer is set up not to display known file suffixes, its name will read just "setup_the_witcher_2".)

No. The new file is NOT an .exe file. I absolutely promise you that.

The .bin files are just extra data files (kind of like CD images).

There should be a setup_the_witcher_2.exe that you downloaded as well that should be in the same directory as these.... that's the actual installer.

The 6 of 7 file is definatly an exe file, so seems you missed one :)

Its one of the smaller files, and only contains that exe which combines and checks your files.
