It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

yumbelie: Any more ideas?

Cheers,

Yum.
@Yumbelie,

Re-install the game as suggested by 'Waltorious'.
@ Yum, try another driver version.

Yours is from July, there are 1 or 2 more later releases.

Make sure you uninstall the existing driver properly, then install a later one.

EDIT: One other thing, if you have more than one monitor, disable it.

Increase this setting:
TextureMemoryBudget=720 (my setting, default is 400 for Ultra).
** SOLVED **

Hi, Just an update - the issue is resolved. Based on Kleetus's suggestion, I re-installed my Video Driver but first I flushed the old one using Driver Sweeper. The date still reads July in Steam System Information, but Witcher 2 now plays with hi res textures. Driver must not have updated correctly last time.

Thanks to all for your suggestions!

Cheers,

Yum.
Glad you got it working! Enjoy the game, it's a lot of fun.
Oh Yum :) , that's good to hear.

Have fun playing.
