I cannot register this game. They are not reconnizing the the serial number. This is a CD game, not downloaded from gog. UGH!

I've contacted Support but has anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar problem with the GOG version. Took me a day to realize that you have to clear the line that says something like "Enter Serial Number" so that you remove any text on the input line before entering the serial number.

Are you sure, you typed the correct code in?
Maybe you mistook an "o" (oh) for a "0" (zero), or an "I" for a "T"? (which is exactly what happened to me)

I am the biggest JERK! I was trying to register the s/n of the "mysterious merchant pack" that comes with the game. I can only say I was to excited to load this. I am using this for my excuse!
