I've just installed the EE from Witcher 1 and discovered this annoying bug. The texts begin dancing and some flashs start to appears on screen and the icons just vanish. I can't enjoy the playing experience and piss me off when i want to change the options. Does somebody have the answer for my problem? If someone knows how to fix that please help me!

Those strings are contained in the dialog_3.tlk file (if you're playing in English), located in your The Witcher Enhanced Edition\Data folder. If you're having this problem, that file might be corrupted; you could try redownloading it.

Are you using any mods? There are a couple of mods that alter that file. Usually this doesn't cause trouble, but if your game language is set to a language that the mod doesn't support, it can create lots of blanks.

I'm not using any kind of mod. If this file is the problem where I can find it to download? Or do I have to download once again the game?
AH! And thanks for the help!

I've uploaded it for you here. If the dialog_3.tlk file is the problem, that should fix it. It's also possible that whatever is supposed to READ that file is broken, and if that's the case, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the whole game. But we'll hope that it's just this file. ;)

Corylea, You're awesome. It works fine after putting your uploaded file into the game folder. And for those who got the same problem as me, just get the dialog file from Corylea(Right Above) and put in the path C:\ProgramFiles\Gog.com\TheWitcher\Data\ and paste it.

My thanks to Corylea!
